Our current gradient team consists of 23 people – software specialists ranging from old IT-hands to newly qualified programming “whiz-kids”. Developing software solutions to meet the exact specifications of our clients is a constant challenge, which we approach with great motivation. In fact it is those complex tasks and issues which we solve with the greatest enthusiasm.

gradient looks after clients all over the world and this internationality is reflected in the composition of our staff. The varied cultural influences in combination with typical “German virtues” promote successful team work and creative development.

Close customer contact is something we take literally: our headquarters is in Singen am Hohentwiel near Lake Constance, but we also have employees working all over Germany, e.g. in Weimar, Dresden, Karlsruhe, Nuremberg, Frankfurt, Bad Segeberg, Hanau, Mainz and Kaiserslautern.
